1. Acceptance of Agreement

Welcome to Alexgoa. By purchasing a Master Panel, Super Master Account, or individual Game ID from us, you agree to abide by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Nature of Service (For Panel Owners)

  • Technology Provider: Alexgoa acts solely as a provider of Gaming Panels (Admin/Master dashboards) and virtual points/coins.

  • Agent Responsibility: As a Panel Owner (Agent), you are fully responsible for managing your own client base (players). We are not liable for any disputes, financial losses, or settlements between you and your downstream users.

  • Virtual Currency: The “Points” or “Coins” sold by us have no cash value outside the platform and are non-transferable to unauthorized third parties.

3. Payments & Settlements

  • Advance Payment: All points/coins for Panels must be purchased in advance. We operate on a strict “Pre-paid” model.

  • No Refunds: Once points are loaded into your Admin/Master Panel, they cannot be reversed or refunded.

  • Transaction Verification: Every deposit requires a valid screenshot and UTR number. Unverified transactions will not be credited.

4. Prohibited Activities

We have a zero-tolerance policy for fraud. Your account/panel will be immediately suspended without refund if we detect:

  • Cheating/Hacking: Use of bots, software manipulation, or attempting to hack the server.

  • Arbitrage Betting: Creating multiple fake accounts to exploit system loops.

  • Fraudulent Payments: Using stolen cards or disputed UPI transactions to buy points.

5. Technical Liability

  • Server Uptime: While we strive for 99.9% uptime, Alexgoa is not responsible for losses incurred due to third-party server maintenance, internet failures, or API lags from the exchange providers.

  • Bet Settlement: All bets are settled by the exchange API automatically. We do not have manual control to change the outcome of any match.

6. Termination of Service

Alexgoa reserves the right to terminate or freeze any User ID or Admin Panel at our sole discretion if found violating these terms or engaging in activities that harm the reputation of our platform.

7. Age Requirement

You must be 18 years or older to purchase services from us. We reserve the right to ask for age proof at any time.
