As a B2B partner of Alexgoa, you share the responsibility of maintaining a healthy gaming environment:

  • Verify Your Users: Do not knowingly sell IDs to minors under 18.

  • Monitor Activity: If you notice a player exhibiting signs of addiction or extreme distress, we advise you to limit their access or counsel them.

  • Fair Play: Promote transparent and ethical gaming practices within your network.

5. Signs of Problem Gaming

If you or your client feel that gaming is getting out of control, ask these questions:

  • Are you borrowing money to play?

  • Are you hiding your gaming habits from family?

  • Do you feel depressed or anxious when you lose?

  • Are you neglecting work or personal hygiene to play?

If the answer is YES, we strongly advise you to stop immediately and seek help.

6. Self-Exclusion

If a player feels they need a break, they can request a Temporary Block or Permanent Account Deletion by contacting our support team via WhatsApp. We respect the choice to step away.
