To set up your panel and maintain your admin account, we collect only minimal details:

  • Business/Admin Name: To create your unique panel credentials.

  • Contact Number: For support, credit loading (top-ups), and critical updates via WhatsApp/Telegram.

  • Payment Proofs: Screenshots of transactions for purchasing points/coins.

Note: We do not require your personal bank passwords, location data, or KYC of your end-users.

3. Client Data Confidentiality

We strictly adhere to a “No-Touch Policy” regarding your downstream users (players).

  • We do not access, track, or solicit your players/clients.

  • The data of the users betting on your panel is encrypted and visible only to you (the Admin).

  • We ensure that your customer database remains 100% confidential and secure from competitors.

5. Payment & Transaction Safety

All payments for panel loads and settlements are processed through secure, offline channels (UPI/Bank Transfer). We do not share your transaction history with any third-party agencies or tax authorities.

6. Third-Party Disclaimer

While we provide the software and panel access, we are not responsible for the betting activities conducted on your panel. As a panel owner, you are responsible for managing your user base and complying with local regulations.

7. Updates & Communication

All communication regarding panel maintenance, point transfers, and technical support happens securely via Encrypted Messaging Apps (WhatsApp/Telegram). We never send promotional SMS or emails to your registered number.
